The Shelby Company’s Response to COVID-19

We hope this email finds you, your teams, and your families in good health. Our communities have been through a lot over the last few months, and we are looking forward to resuming our normal routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: The Shelby Company’s commitment to both your packaging needs and your safety while visiting.

Safety has always been our top priority and COVID19 has required additional safeguards. We have and will continue to follow recommendations and guidelines made by the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and local public health authorities. This allows us to be sure our procedures are up-to-date and helps to provide the safest environment for our Shelby family and guests.

We ask that you please be patient and understand that we will do our best to accommodate your onsite visits. Our doors are open to our visitors and we look forward to seeing each of you again soon. In preparation for that time, we ask that you utilize our lobby phone, bring and wear a mask upon entering our building, utilize the hand sanitizer we provide and expect to have your temperature taken at the door. Once admitted, we ask that all social distancing guidelines are followed.

The entire Shelby team remains fully committed to providing a safe environment for all visitors. We are making our decisions based off facts and relying on the experts to support our actions ensuring we are doing what’s best for you, today and always through the lens of our mission and core values.
